There have been those that have bought a home and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on that home but would not spend a very small fee to have the house inspected by a professional certified home inspector before they bought it. Getting a home inspected is a very small investment when compared to a major repair that has to be done to the house because it was not inspected first.
