Buying a home or refinancing your home can either be a powerful investment or a debt trap that will keep you in financial prison for the next 30 years. Most Americans are Financial Prison. We live in the greatest country in the world and we earn good income we are able to buy our own homes and we work hard, but we still wind up in a Debt Trap instead of being Financially Free – mostly because of what mortgage lenders, bankers and real estate companies will never tell you and hope you never stop and think about. The true interest rate on most home mortgage is about 150 percent.
