A good certified home inspector is worth his weight in gold. By not hiring a home inspector you’re putting yourself and your family at risk because of something that may be hidden in the house that no one knows about. Most homes that are inspected have some kind of electrical problems. Wouldn’t it be nice to know what they are before something happens?
